Todays weather tight homes trap airborne particles inside where
everyday household contaminants can become increasingly concentrated.
The result: indoor air can be up to five times more polluted than the
air outdoors. Honeywell offers a full line of whole house air cleaners.
Honeywell's Indoor Air Quality products meet the American Lung
Association Health House guidelines. |

Heil Air Conditioners

Quiet
The two-stage Copeland® scroll compressor operates most of the
time at the quieter, lower stage, changing over to the higher stage
at higher outdoor temperatures to produce more cool air. A deluxe
sound blanket also reduces compressor sound levels.
Durable
The galvanized steel cabinet features a coated inlet grille with
narrower spacing to provide maximum protection as it allows for
proper airflow and easy coil cleaning.
Efficient
The Copeland® scroll compressor and the copper 7 mm tubing with
aluminum fin coils work collectively to save on energy.
Only a few years ago, our industry responded to global needs to
conserve energy by improving the efficiency performance of heating
and cooling equipment. So, if you have a central furnace, air
conditioner or heat pump system with equipment manufactured before
the 1992 Department of Energy (DOE) established new efficiency
standards, there's a good chance your heating and cooling fuel bills
are 20-40% higher than they need to be.
Today the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promotes high
efficiency products through its Energy Star Program.
All Heil furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps currently meet or
exceed DOE minimum efficiency standards. In fact, Heil has a complete
lineup of ultra-high efficiency products that exceed the minimum
efficiency standards of the EPA's Energy Star Program. Heil has a
number of ultra-high efficiency products* offering some of the
highest efficiencies available today!
Smooth Operation
The two-speed fan motor operates most of the time on the quieter,
lower speed. Aerodynamic air discharge design reduces operating
sounds. Matching with the variable speed indoor fan allows whisper-quiet
indoor operation.
Service Friendly
The Comfort Alert II system has all of the standard comfort alert
features. Plus, it can alert homeowners to call for service before a
problem develops by working with an optional Comfort Alert II
compatible thermostat.

Humidifiers
In winter, the simple act of turning up your thermostat dries out
your house. That's because warm, dry air acts like a giant
sponge that soaks up moisture from everything it touches. The
Unpleasant results: You may experience dry skin and chapped
lips. Hardwood floors separate at the seams. Woodwork and
furniture shrink, warp and crack. The piano goes out of tune.
Wallpaper peels at the edges. Fortunately, you can help solve
the problem by having Chapman Plumbing, Heating & Air
Conditioining install a whole-house humidifier.
Humidifiers replenish the humidity in the air in a safe, water vapor
form (no mist or droplets). They are the right choice for a
more comfortable and healthy home.

Temperature Zoning Systems
If you're like most homeowners, temperature differences in various
parts of your home are more than an annoyance&ldots;you find yourself
constantly fiddlng with the thermostat, space heaters and fans. You
can fix that problem while making your home more energy efficient and
saving money byhaving Chapman Plumbing, Heating & Air
Conditioning install a Honeywell zoning system.
How it works: A Honeywell zoning panel is the heart of
the system. Thermostats, located in various areas of your home feed
information to the panel, which opens and closes dampers located in
your heating and cooling ducts to control the temperature in every
part of your home.
How it saves money: When used with programmable
thermostats, Honeywell zoning can save you up to 30% on heating and
cooling costs, adding up to hundreds of dollars in savings per every year.
How it improves comfort: By zoning your home you can
customize each zone's climate. Keep the bedrooms cooler at night,
adjust your living room temperature to account for large windows, or
help control the temperature difference between floors. How you
customize your home is up to you.

in many industries including water purification and hospital clean
rooms. Now it is available for use in your home. Call us at
